Every sGTM hosting provider has limits. SprTags publishes them but the implications are not always obvious.

Per-request

• Memory: 256 MB. Most events use 5-15 MB. Exceeded: returns 500.
• CPU: 200ms compute. Realistic events use 10-50ms. Exceeded: returns 504.

Throughput

No hard cap below Agency. Container scales horizontally. Sustained 100 RPS triggers automatic scaling within 30-60 seconds. Agency tier caps at 1000 RPS sustained.

Event volume per month

Overage is $1 per 50k events. The pricing page has the current numbers.

Storage and logs

No persistent storage. Per-user state lives in cookies. Container logs retained 30 days; for longer retention, ship via webhook.
